2010 Team Camp:

Dixie - July 12th-15th

• At Dixie State, July 12-15.
• A deposit of $35 (payable to LPHS) must be made by June 1st.
• A camp fee of $225 (payable to Dixie State College). This fee includes room and board.
• Dixie State will provide bus transit to the college for approximately $50 per player (round trip).
• You need to bring a completed registration form when meeting the bus.

If you are an incoming Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior at LPHS and you are interested in Team Camp at Dixie State, please read the following and respond ASAP: RSVP for Dixie Camp. (In theory, you should have received this via email, but due to technical difficulties, many of you did not!)

What do I need to do in order to attend Dixie Camp?

1. Be a member of the LPHS graduating classes of 2011-2014. ;)
2. Email LonePeakVolleyball@gmail.com with your name and "Yes I am going coach" and your name-- ASAP.
3. If you haven't already done so, pay the $35 deposit at myschoolfees.com
4. Fill out a copy of this form.
5. Write a check payable to Dixie State College for $225.
6. Bring the form and check with you when we go to camp.
7. If you plan to take the provided bus to and from Dixie, bring $50 to pay for the bus fare (you can include this fee in the same check to DSC as the camp fee).
8. We load the bus at Lehi High School at 6am on the 12th. Be On Time!!
